Professor ushers in the gate, leads a pious life depending on individual——the QTG 2015 April Training Course

【www.polyurea.cn, 2015-04-15 news】At the end of winter, the spring is still full of chill, the 15th QTG Polyurea Training Course was held in Qingdao Technological University, 19 trainees from Guangzhou, Zhengzhou, Xuzhou, Taiyuan, Taiwan and Cape Town of South Africa attended this training. The course was very impressed to the trainees, it not only gave the most advanced and most completed knowledge, but also built up a bridge between the puzzled trainees and the R&D Center of Pure Polyurea in China, help them solve their problems in the production, spray skills, sale and application of polyura. The training time was limited, but the trainees will keep touch with the R&D Center of Pure Polyurea in China just like the graduates to their graduated school.

The schedule was tight and substantial, which was including all the key points involved in the previous training, such as how to identify the pure polyurea and the fake one, the comparison between sunshine exposure and artificial acceleration, the Zero Extension Theory and the solution, the history of polyurea spray machine and the characteristic of the domestic and overseas spray machines, the spray skills and the practice, as well as the discussion and communication between trainees.

Prof.Huang has given details about the technical issues, and discussed a lot with the trainees. He has explained the "s"shape spray method, zero extension theory and the solution, and the how to deal with the joint between new and old polyurea, he taught these profound theories in simple language, which got a warn response from the trainees. The trainees from Taiwan told Prof.Huang, because of the lack of correct spray skills, they has destroyed 6 spray guns and don't why; and they also met Zero Extension Theory during the application and until then they had found the solution. The trainees from South Africa also showed great interests on Zero Extension Theory, and shared their experience, and they also agreed with Prof.Huang a lot.

Then we led all the trainees to the jobsite. They has visited the polyurea repair project of color steel tile roof under a swimming pool in Qingdao and the polyurea decorated Wulian pool in Funing park , which were supervised by the R&D Center of Pure Polyurea in China. The color steel tile roof under a swimming pool in Qingdao was corroded by the chloride in the swimming pool water, and was leaking heavily, we sprayed polyurea on the roof so that the leaking problem has completely solved. Trainees showed great interests on how to deal with the edges of the color steel tile, so that prof.Huang explained it in details. In the Wulian pool of Funing Park, prof. Huang explained the key points of water content test of the concrete, the temperature and humidity test before spray, how to deal with the joint for a over day work, and he has emphasized the margin process and the color chosen of a polyurea project, he pointed that the functionality of polyurea was the most important part, and the decoration was the second.

At the end of the training, trainees wrote there feeling about this course. Mr.Chen from Taiwan said that: I've learned Zero Extension Theory in this training, and learned the importance of maintain of the machine, and have known the widely usage of polyurea, we hope we can bring all these information back to Taiwan and improve the polyurea project in Taiwan, many thanks to Prof.Huang. Mr.Qian from Zhengzhou said that: I've known about the history of polyurea though this training, had a new acquaint of the spray machine, had learn a lot from Prof. Huang. During the spray course, trainees has had a competition about the thickness control, David from South Africa has won the first place, and obtain a QTG color card as prize.

Many trainees want to keep in touch with QTG after the training. Trainees from Taiwan demand the communication information of previous trainees from Taiwan, they will change information in the future. They were also called and send e-mails to Prof.Huang for the advice to their projects. Prof.Huang encouraged trainees turn to QTG for help when they met problems, and QTG will pleasure to provide help, which will also enrich there research work, which will promote the progress of polyurea technology.We believe that the joints efforts of us will play an important in the promotion of polyurea technology.

In additional, 1. According to the suggestion of the trainees, we will change the date of April training each year to the second weekend of May. QTG will consider of the suggestion from trainees in order to make it better. 2. Some trainees from Peru and Kazakhstan can not attend this training because the visa problem, so we suggest the foreigner trainees should prepare for the vise much earlier.
