The 14th QTG Jobsite Polyurea Training Was Concluded Successfully in Qingdao, CH

[www.polyurea.cn, 2014-10-14 news] The 14th QTG jobsite polyurea training was concluded successfully in Qingdao Technological University on October 10~12, 2014. The six trainees from Taiwan, Zhejiang, Hebei, Shanghai attended this training. The number was the least since the past 14 trainings.

The main contents of this training include the development history of polyurea technology, the basic properties of pure polyurea, the latest research data of durability, the application of pure polyurea, rapid identification of pure and fake polyurea, the operation and principle of spraying equipment, the test and preparation of surface, polyurea spraying process and practice, the reason and elimination of spraying trouble, safety and protection. These ten aspects are introduced in detail and in sample way, theory with practice. It benefits trainees to learn the polyurea technology.

Prof. Huang teaches all the whole training. He combines his long terms of experience in the jobsite, especially a large number of failure cases of fake polyurea in recent years, shares all kinds of engineering problems and solutions with trainees. He emphasizes on the concept of “one point polyurea, nine point application”, points out that we must use pure polyurea and professional and standards process to achieve immortal polyurea project. Furthermore, he answers all trainees’ questions one by one and proposed the feasibility of polyurea application in some new areas, that makes all trainees find everything fresh and new, and feel valuable for money.
