In need of the necessary of professional applicators for Beijing-Shanghai High Speed Railway construction, the First Training Course on Polyurea Technology at the Jobsite of Beijing-Shanghai High Speed Railway hosted by Research Institute ofFunctional Materials, QingdaoTechnological University and the Department of Beijing-Shanghai High Speed Railway Project of China Railway No.5 Engineering Group Co., Ltd, associated by Weifang Hongyuan Waterproof Materials Co., Ltd and Qingdao Technological University was held in Changzhou, Jiangsu Province from September 29, 2009 to October 8, 2009.
According to the experience of being engaged in R&D on polyurea for 15 years and taking part in drafting emporary Technological Guideline for Spraying Polyurea As the Waterproofing Layer on the Bridge Beams of Beijing-Shanghai High Speed Railway? Prof. Weibo Huang (in red T-shirt) gave instruction in the following key points:

October 1, 2009 was the 60th anniversary of New China founding, all the attendees led by Prof. Weibo Huang celebrated the National Day with the activities of flay-raising with singing national anthem ceremony and facing the national flag to pledged allegiance in the Changzhou trial block of Beijing-Shanghai High Speed Railway.
In this training course, Prof. Weibo Huang arranged the teaching contents of heavy shot blasting, light shot blasting, dry substrate, wet substrate, etc. some typical skill course, according to the characteristic of C50 concrete and the weather along the Beijing-Shanghai High Speed Railway and he also helped the attendee finish the practical operation. The fine properties of JN-101 pure polyurea produced by Weifang Hongyuan Waterproof Materials Co., Ltd and Qtech-112 all-weather substrate processing system of Qingdao Technological University received high praise from the leaders, experts and attendees.
